3. Q: Why do you customize all of
your golf programs?
A: We feel that each tour quote should
meet the needs of the customer from the very beginning.
Some of our areas of expertise:
a. Various golf courses have specific play days for
outside visitors;
b. In some cases, hotels have as many as five room
categories for a client to choose from;
c. Driving times between courses and hotels in the
country;
d. Whether the client should drive or have a private
driver;
e. Various types of car categories - many of which will
not accommodate the number of golfers taking the tour;
f. Most importantly, the budget of the client.
All of these items need to be taken care of in order for
the client to have the type of golf holiday they deserve.

5. Q: Do you only do programs for
golfers?
A: Many of our tours have non-golfers
traveling with the golfer. In the case of a self drive
program, you will be supplied with a map and information
on sights in the areas you will be visiting. If a private
driver is utilized, the driver will show the non-golfer
the sights in the immediate area of the course while the
golfers are on the course. One example would be: the
golfers play Carnoustie while the non-golfers visit
Glamis Castle. After the tour, the non-golfers return
with the driver to the golf course, pick up the golfers
and return to their hotel together.

7. Q: What is the minimum number of
golfers which you can book with a guaranteed starting
time?
A: We need to have four golfers in order
to book a guaranteed starting time. The major courses
will not make a start time for a single golfer. Standing
by with the Starter on the day you want to play is the
only way for a single golfer to play.

purchase all products directly and prepay in the client's
name. In addition, we are on-site in Scotland with our
own seasonal staff to personally operate the tours. There
are no services sub-contracted as is done by a majority
of tour operators which advertise in the United States
when booking Scotland.
