ST. ANDREWS NEW
COURSE

The New Course at St.
Andrews belies its name, for it is not new at all; in
fact, it dates back to 1896 and has undergone some
changes over the intervening years.
There are many who
believe the New Course to be even more difficult than its
famous sister, which is certainly true on some occasions.
With a 72 rating, many consider this course the best that
St. Andrews has to offer.
The New Course is a
typical out-and-back seaside links layout, with rolling
fairways, hidden greens, thick gorse and testing winds.
